Michael Stevens (aka Vsauce) in this video, explores the psychology of human behaviour of kissing. Kiss Feeding is the most common in birds, where infants are kiss fed by their mothers. Kiss feeding is known to provide iron, carbohydrates, protein, zinc which are normally less available in breast milk. Michael also tells about the experiments conducted by the American psychologist Harry Harlow on monkeys.
